In order to make your appointment more convenient, intake forms are available below. These forms must be filled out prior to meeting with Kristin for your first appointment. Please feel free to print off and complete the appropriate form and bring it with you to your appointment OR you may scan & email the completed BodyTalk form for a distance session.

Distance Session clients: You can choose to send Kristin information ahead of time of what you would like addressed for your session, or you can choose to see what needs to come up in your session without Kristin knowing anything ahead of time. You will receive a text message or email when the session is beginning and a voice recording of session details upon completion of the session. Payment must be received in full via e-transfer or payment via our online booking prior to the booked appointment time.
New Clients: In order to make your appointment more convenient, intake forms are available above. These forms must be filled out prior to meeting with Kristin for your first appointment. New clients should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their treatment time in order to fill out a health history form OR you may also print off and complete the appropriate health history form and bring it with you to your appointment.
Late Arrival: Clients arriving late should expect their appointment to end as scheduled. Appointments will not be extended as it delays timing for following clients.
Initial Visits: For Initial visits, whether it be for massage therapy or BodyTalk, the first 5-10 minutes of the session may include a health history interview and a physical assessment. Please visit the FAQ section to learn more about what to expect for your first visit.
Payment: Inner Compass Academy accepts payment in the form of cash or cheque, as well as via Credit card through our online booking site at the completion of your treatment. A receipt will be issued for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. All insurance plans differ so please check with your insurance provider for details on your massage allowance, acupuncture coverage, and to clarify coverage for BodyTalk prior to your first visit. Please note that some insurance companies require a doctor’s note.
Cancellation: We appreciate your cooperation and consideration in cancelling your appointment well in advance, as 24 hours will allow us to provide treatment to a client on our waiting list. Please note our cancellation policy states that any appointments cancelled without 24 hour notice will be subject to an administration fee equal to the full cost of the missed appointment.
NSF FEES: There will be a $25 fee for all NSF transactions.
