Questioning Beliefs & Fear as a Path for Transformation: Podcast with Karen Betten & Kristin Pierce
On October 21, 2020, I had the incredible opportunity to have a powerful, inspiring, and enlightening conversation with a woman that I dearly admire. Her name is Karen Betten and she is a BodyTalk Practitioner, a trained nurse, a BodyTalk Access Instructor, a Franklin Method Educator, and an overall powerhouse for spreading awareness. I highly recommend you check out her website, and give her a follow on Facebook & Instagram at @limitlessliving_kb
I was honoured to get to connect with Karen for a whole hour on Transformational Talk Radio. You'll feel the energy when you watch the video below. It was electric! We could have talked for hours. Hopefully it will also spark some insight for you, too! Luckily, we get to connect again on December 16th.
Here's what she had to say about our live radio interview which has now been posted as a podcast:
"The first thing you might notice about Kristin Pierce is her inner light. In fact, it was the first thing I asked her,“What is behind your inner light?” This question was a catalyst for a POWERFUL conversation about our ability to follow our inner compass and discern what lights us up! Kristin recently published her memoir, My Cosmic Hammer, where she shares how her cancer diagnosis was a gift that allowed her to question everything she thought she knew." - Karen Betten, www.karenbetten.com
Karen and I will be speaking again on December 16th, 2020 on Transformational Talk Radio at 11am EST, 10am CST about Parenting to Foster a Child's Inner Compass.
So many of us so called grown ups struggle with connecting to our inner wisdom; a life long journey of ever growing potential. How, then can we foster this connection when parenting our children? Kristin Pierce, is an author of 5 children’s books that address this very subject. Join us to explore how to partner with our children to explore, connect and amplify the world of potential in one’s own INNER COMPASS, regardless of age, experience or skillset.
Join us live or stay tuned for the podcast replay that will follow.
MORE ABOUT KRISTIN PIERCE
For most of her life, Kristin Pierce considered herself a dominant left-brained, logical thinker who was greatly unaware of the many creative bones within her. For the past decade, she has been developing her intuition, which has allowed her to dismantle loads of limiting beliefs that were hiding her creative bones. In doing so, she discovered she was able to unearth other right brain qualities that were nearly impossible for her to access since childhood — including creativity, imagination, and innovation — which allowed all kinds of wonderful things to unfurl, such as these books: Your Inner Compass that Could (2018), Mayva O’Meere, Creationeer (2018 — Nautilus Award Winnder), Magnus O’Meere, Mind Pioneer (2019), The Sweet Dreams Express: A Meditative Bedtime Journey (2020) and Hazel Mist, Hypnotist (2020).
As a mother, Kristin was interested in hunting down Children’s Books with strong and empowering learning messages. She wanted to teach her children how much wisdom, power, and potential resides within them. It was this desire that prompted her to begin writing and launch Inner Compass Books. By connecting with their inner compass, children can be taught about the ways in which they can nurture, understand, and access the imaginative, creative, and intuitive abilities that they possess. It is an incredibly potent understanding to learn at a young age that you are able to trust your gut feelings, know which passions are worth pursuing and to believe that you can do anything you set your mind to doing.
Kristin is a self-awareness educator whose mission is to empower others to deconstruct their self-limiting beliefs that are keeping them small and stuck in order to rise to their potential, come alive, and impact the world.
