Meditation is the best medicine. When in doubt; when en route via emotional rollercoaster; when in pain, whether physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual... meditate.
Meditation almost always coexists with breath work. Together they help to calm the nervous system, soothe the ego, and get reconnected with your truth, your soul, your Inner Compass. Meditation is totally hanging out with your soul.
